Learn To Skate

Designed to teach the fundamentals of hockey skating, the Learn to Skate program will teach skaters how to be more proficient and agile on the ice. Proper techniques for the game of hockey are the primary focus and all elements are taught without a puck. Skaters will learn the basic hockey stance, stride, knee bend, and other necessary fundamentals to be a successful skater. This program, sponsored by Hallock Youth Hockey, will provide 36 FREE lessons for children who would like to play hockey but still need to learn to skate.
