Park Board
The Hallock Youth Hockey recreational program is designed to provide hockey players an opportunity to learn and develop skills in a team setting. The recreational program is also designed to assure equal opportunity to participate for all skill levels. Players of all skill levels are welcome. No tryouts required.
Ages
Players turning 3 to 13 this calendar year.
Where
Practices and home games take place at the Hallock Ice Arena
Games
The number of games is dependent on the team.
Jerseys
Hallock Youth Hockey has equipment for players to use at no cost which includes: helmet, shoulder pads, shin pads, elbow pads, hockey pants and hockey bags. This equipment must be returned at the end of the season.
It is your responsibility to purchase hockey sticks, skates, skate guards, socks and athletic supporters.
Jerseys are provided for each player for the season. Termites and Mites will return their jerseys after each game to their coaches. Squirts and Peewees will keep their jerseys for the season in their numbered garment bags. Please take good care of your jerseys! Jerseys are only to be worn for games – not practice or any other occasion unless approved by the Hallock Youth Hockey Board.
Team socks are the responsibility of each player. Socks are on sale in the canteen.
